My ULTIMATE GLOW UP challenge, is a 6 week online workout programme focusing on dropping body fat % and increasing strength both physically & mentally. Drop body fat, Lean your upper body, tighten your waist, lift & perk your booty. There is 4 workouts per week, 2 upper body & abs and 2 lower body & abs, and 1 optional cardio session. Step targets on non- workout days.
Nutritional guidance to get you to your goal including personalised daily calorie target and macro break down for your specific goal. You will also receive my new sas recipe book.
Weekly checkins for accountability & to track your progress.
