The 6 week shred course, is a small group personal training. It focuses on fat loss and lean muscle building. The group is up to just 6 people per course, ensuring that you get a personalised approach and guaranteed results. Nutritional guidance is given along side your personalised calories and macros to get you to your specific goal. You will receive 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks.
