2-1 training sessions are super effective for seeing amazing results, fast and getting you to your best physical and mental health. Working out with a friend can be super motivating and fun.
As your coach, I will work with you both and support you to finding a routine that works for your every day life but also to ensure you hit your goals and enjoy the process.
I’d recommend 1-2 sessions per week to get maximum results. Each 2-1 session is an hour long.
Before coaching you, I’ll do a mini consultation to find out where you’re currently at and where you’d like to get too. I will then provide you with a fully personalised training programme designed specifically to get you to your individual goal, along side your personal calorie target, macros and nutritional guidance to get you in shape like never before.
Prices below are for 1 session per week for 4 weeks, split between you both.
